Training Officer

Position Overview

A position for a Training Officer (PPS-7) is available for a project under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination. The role is based in Islamabad on a contract for one year, extendable up to 30th June 2026. The Training Officer will be responsible for the complete training cycle, from needs assessment to evaluation, to meet project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Education: Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Education, or Community Development from an HEC recognized University. A Training of Trainers certificate is an added advantage.
• Experience: 5-8 years' experience as a facilitator and Trainer specialist.
• Skills: Sound decision-making and organizational skills, ability to present complex information, mastery of the full training cycle, and familiarity with learning management software and modern training methods.
