PPMC is seeking an experienced and strategic Team Lead (Human Resource) to oversee all aspects of human resource management. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.Qualifications and Experience
- 16-years degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or Public Administration with specialization in Human Resource from a local/foreign university recognized by HEC.
- Possesses a minimum of 8 years post-qualification relevant experience.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 45 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.General Terms and Application Process
The first 03 months of employment shall be on probation and thereafter shall be continued as per company policy.
