Project Overview
The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, Government of Pakistan, has received financing from the World Bank to implement the National Health Support Program (NHSP). The primary objective of this project is to strengthen the Health System while ensuring the provision of essential health services at the community and primary health center levels in Federating Areas, including Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). The project intends to hire dedicated professionals to achieve its goals.Role and Responsibilities
The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the training and capacity-building components of the NHSP. Key responsibilities include mastering the full training cycle, developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and utilizing modern training tools and techniques. The officer must be able to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences and will be involved in talent management and succession planning to meet the project's objectives.Qualification and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Training Officer position:- Education: A Master's degree or higher qualification in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Education, or Community Development from an HEC-recognized University.
- Certification: Possession of a Training of Trainers (ToT) certificate would be considered an added advantage.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a facilitator and Trainer specialist, capable of imparting knowledge, skills, and attitudes to meet project objectives.
- Skills: Sound decision-making and organizational skills, proven ability to master the full training cycle, adequate knowledge of learning management software, and familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, talent management, and succession planning.
