Kissan Support Services (Pvt) Limited (KSSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL). They are seeking the services of a qualified and experienced professional to lead their Human Resources department.

Position Details

KSSL requires a 'Senior Manager/Head HR Department' to join their team based in Islamabad. The position is offered on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: MBA (HR)
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR Management within either the Public Sector or Private Sector.
• Senior Experience: Out of the total experience, at least 03 years must be in a Senior Managerial role.
