Quantity Engineer

Job Overview

The Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan, is seeking a qualified Sector Specialist as a Quantity Engineer (PPS-10) on a purely contract and merit basis. The role is part of the project titled Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening of M/o PD&SI.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

• Education: BE in Civil Engineering with 16 years of field experience, OR Master's degree in Civil Engineering and related fields with 14 years of field experience.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in project appraisal, reviewing PC-I, quantity surveying, cost variations, cost estimation, contract administration, implementation support, monitoring, evaluation, and technical review of public sector development projects.
