Organization Overview

Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB&GIF), under the Establishment Division, invites applications from suitable candidates for the vacant post of Project Director (BS-20) against the Benevolent Fund Tower project in Blue Area, Islamabad.

Role and Contract Details

The position is offered on an initial contract period of two years, which is extendable based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The candidate will oversee the construction project, specifically requiring experience with high-rise buildings (07 storeys and above).

Required Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• University degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (First Division) from a recognized foreign or local University.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience specifically in the construction of high-rise projects.
• Sound knowledge of Construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent Organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) will be preferred.
• Professional Engineer degree recognized by PEC. A degree in Project Management / Engineering Management and knowledge of Prima Vera would be considered an added advantage.

Age Limit and Pay Package

The upper age limit for applicants is 60 years as of the closing date. The position is offered on merit. The pay package includes a fixed salary determined based on market rates, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Selection Process and Conditions

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Candidates must bring Original Documents and two (02) sets of attested copies of the same at the time of the interview.
• Appointments are subject to verification of educational/other documents and antecedents. Discovery of fake documents at any stage will lead to termination and legal action.
• Candidates currently serving in Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Semi-autonomous Bodies/Corporations etc. must apply through the proper channel.
• FEB & GIF reserves the right not to fill any vacancy if circumstances so warrant.
