Position Details and Requirements

Khyber Teaching Hospital (MTI) is looking for a seasoned professional for the G-18 position of Manager HR. The role is critical for managing the hospital's human capital and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• MBA (HRM, 16 years of education) / M.Sc. (HRM) or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

Experience:

• At least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an HR department within the healthcare industry or a reputed public/private organization.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience at a managerial/supervisory level is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the HR department of a tertiary care teaching hospital.
