Position Summary

The Human Resource Officer will be part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) in Peshawar. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate should possess:

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification. A Diploma in HR will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in a relevant HR role.
• Prior experience working within an NGO/INGO environment will be highly preferred.
