Position Overview

An opportunity exists for a seasoned HR professional to join KMU Hospital & Research Center, Peshawar, as Deputy Director HR (BPS-18). The successful candidate will assist in overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and performance management, ensuring compliance with university regulations and labor laws.

Eligibility Criteria

Pay Scale: BPS-18
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Up to 48 years.
Residency: Open to residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa only, as this is an administrative position.
Education & Experience: Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA HR), Public Administration, or a related field from a recognized university, along with significant relevant experience in HR management at a responsible level, preferably in a public sector or healthcare organization.
