Job Overview

PIPOS, Peshawar, seeks an experienced Manager Human Resources to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The role requires a strategic approach to HR management within a healthcare institution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Option 1:

• MS/M.Phil in Human Resource (18 years education) from an HEC recognized institution.
• Two years experience in the relevant field in a reputed Health care institution will be preferred.

Option 2:

• Master Degree in Human Resource or equivalent Degree (16 years education) in HR from HEC recognized institution.
• 05 years experience in the relevant field in a reputed Health care institution will be preferred.

Additional Requirements (for both options):

• Additional advantage will be given to candidates having foreign qualification along with hospital related diploma/degree.
• Must be familiar with the tools of human resource management industry HRMIS, Microsoft Office and file management.

Age Limit

The age limit for this position is up to 45 years.
