Position Overview

Join The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) as VP/Dy. Head, Digital Financial Services in their Business Development Division at the Lahore Head Office. This leadership role is responsible for spearheading the bank's digital transformation and enhancing its digital service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank's digital financial services strategy in line with business goals and SBP regulations.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of digital channels including mobile banking, wallets, internet banking, and agent networks.
• Drive customer adoption and engagement through seamless UX/UI, ensuring secure and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Oversee implementation of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, and budget compliance.
• Establish partnerships with fintechs and tech providers to enhance service offerings and digital reach.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage digital risk and cybersecurity, and lead a high-performing digital team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: MBA, MA Economics, M.Com, MCS, MIT, etc. (Relevant Master's degree).
• Experience: Minimum 08 years post qualification experience, with at least 03 years in a similar position in a bank or financial institution.
• Department: Business Development Division.
• Age Limit: 35-50 years.
