Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute eye-catching product displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all assigned stores.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve display effectiveness.
• Maintain VM standards, props, signage, and layout designs.
• Train store teams on visual display guidelines and planogram implementation.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
• Skills: Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and color coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
