Requirements & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the manufacturing industry.
Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
• Experience in audits, CAPA, and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge to evaluate vendors and establish protocols.
• Ability to categorize vendor ranking through scorecard.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation.
• Coordinate certification and surveillance audits.
