Key Responsibilities

• Lead research and development initiatives for new apparel products.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams during product development.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in garment/apparel R&D, product development, or sample development.
Skills: Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and product development, experience in sample development and cost optimization, along with excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
