This role requires an individual with strong expertise in managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials within the textile or apparel industry.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within the apparel/textile industry.
Skills:

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with merchandising and production teams.
