Job Overview

National Bank of Pakistan is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Unit Head - Career Management (AVP / VP). Reporting to the Wing Head - Career Management, the incumbent will design, implement, and manage the organization's overall career development framework, including career pathing models and competency matrices.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a minimum Graduation or equivalent degree recognized by the HEC of Pakistan, preferably in HR. A Master's degree and HR certifications such as SAP, SHRM-CP, or SCP are preferred. Applicants require a minimum of 06 years of working experience in Human Resources, with at least 04 years in Talent Management and HR Relationship Management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and curate resources, tools, and content to support employee self-directed career management.
• Create and manage governance for the internal promotion process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth execution of Promotion Cycles.
• Serve as a central point of expertise and guidance for employees seeking career advice.
• Oversee and optimize the use of HR technology that supports career development.
