Port Qasim Authority (PQA), a major seaport located in Bin Qasim, Karachi, invites applications from suitable candidates for various positions on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, which is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Position Summary

PQA is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Manager (Human Resource Management) in BPS-19. The role involves overseeing personal administration and human resource functions within the authority.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: MBA in Human Resources OR At least 2nd Class Master's Degree in Public Administration / Social Sciences.
• Experience: 12 years of experience in personal administration in a Government / Semi Government / Reputable large Commercial Organization.
• Domicile: KPK
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Post-qualification experience will be considered. No TA/DA will be allowed. Relaxation in age will be considered as per rules applicable in PQA. Minorities and women quota will be observed. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered. Candidates serving in Government/Semi Government departments or autonomous bodies are required to apply through the proper channel with NOC of their organization concerned. Candidates applying for more than one post should send separate applications for each post, clearly mentioning the post name on the envelope. Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
