Organization Overview

Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Karachi, is seeking suitable candidates for appointment on a contract basis for an initial period of two years (extendable).

Position Details

The Manager (Human Resource Management) in BPS-19 will be responsible for overseeing HR functions within the Authority. This includes recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and administration.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA in Human Resources OR At least 2nd Class Master's Degree in Public Administration / Social Sciences.
• Minimum 12 years experience in personal administration in a Govt./ Semi Govt. / large Commercial Organization of repute.

Domicile and Age Limit

• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK)
• Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years (Relaxation in age will be considered as per rules applicable in PQA)
