Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Incharge HR for a World Bank funded project based in Karachi. This is a temporary/contract position requiring management of all human resource activities within the project scope.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from an HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of two (02) years of experience in a relevant field is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

The Incharge HR will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations relevant to the project.
