Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) is instrumental in the strategic planning and oversight of Pakistan's power sector, working closely with the Ministry of Energy (Power Division).

Role Summary

PPMC is seeking a Specialist (Trainings & Capacity Building) to design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of personnel within PPMC and potentially the wider power sector. This role involves needs assessment, curriculum development, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related fields from HEC recognized / affiliated institute / university.
• The candidate must have 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable national / multinational organization.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 40 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

General Terms and Application Process

The first 03 months of employment shall be on probation and thereafter shall be continued as per company policy. The selected candidates will be offered a market-based, competitive remuneration package, commensurate with their skills and experience.
