Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role

The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a talented and experienced professional for the position of Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP). The selected candidate will be reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner and will play a crucial role in aligning human resources initiatives with the bank's strategic objectives across the board.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Applicants must hold a minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from a local or international university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Public Administration, and HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM or CHRP will be preferred. A minimum of 08 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to at least two functions of HR and as an HR Business Partner or Generalist is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in various Human Resources services across groups, supporting businesses in all HR initiatives.
• Work closely with business heads to understand their requirements and provide solutions in line with the bank's policies.
• Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge gaps between management and employees.
• Communicate and lead nationwide special projects initiated by the Human Resources Management Group.
• Facilitate in workforce and headcount planning of the business groups.
