National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) has announced a temporary vacancy for the position of Resource Person - HR Services. This is an Islamabad-based position offered on a temporary contract for a duration of two months. Required Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management or a closely related field. A PhD or advanced research degree in Human Resource Development/OD shall be given an added advantage. Applicants should have 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in HR, Organization Design, Organizational Development or HR Consulting. Demonstrated experience in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, structural realignment, or high-level HR advisory assignments is required.
