Regional Business Head

Job Overview

PPCBL is inviting applications for the position of Regional Business Head (RBH) across Punjab from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized/foreign institution.
Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience with 04 years relevant or banking experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive regional deposits, advances, financing (Agri & Non-Agri) & retail business growth against annual targets.
• Supervise, monitor and control all branches in line with credit and operational guidelines from Head Office & other regulators
• Approve/disburse credit proposals within delegated authority; oversee recovery of NPLs/defaulted loans, referring cases to CRMD/SAM where required
• Conduct branch inspections and surprise visits; ensure closure of audit/SBP inspection observations
• Prepare and monitor regional budget; manage bank properties/assets for security and optimal utilization
• Drive marketing, branding and customer acquisition activities across the region
• Ensure strict compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT requirements and internal policies
• Ensure fair treatment of customers, complaint resolution and adherence to the Consumer Protection Framework
• Own timely rectification of audit observations and promote a culture of governance, transparency and accountability
• Achievement of KPI's including but not limited to, Deposit & Advances Growth, Portfolio Quality (NPL/PAR), Profitability, Compliance & Audit, Branch Governance
