Job Overview

PPCBL is inviting applications for the position of Branch Managers (BM) across Punjab from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from HEC-recognized / foreign institution.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant or banking experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets for deposits (incl. CA mobilization), advances, Agri/SME/consumer financing and cross-sell
• Supervise credit processing, documentation and disbursement within delegated authority; monitor early warning signs
• Drive recovery of overdue/classified accounts and control the branch infection ratio
• Ensure smooth branch operations, account opening, clearing, cash management, gold-loan custody and RTGS/service TAT
• Implement approved SOPs and internal controls; maintain dual-control and vault/key-custody discipline
• Resolve customer complaints and uphold service quality and fair-treatment standards
• Supervise, train and appraise branch staff, enforce discipline, attendance and leave management
• Support marketing/branding activities and community/cooperative-sector relationship building
• Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT (KYC/CDD/EDD) and BC&RF requirements
• Maintain accurate, auditable records; promptly action internal/external audit and SBP inspection findings
• Report suspected fraud, security breaches or control lapses immediately to Regional Office/Compliance
• Achievement of KPI's including but not limited to, Deposit & Advances Growth, Advances, Collection & Recovery, Service Quality, Compliance & controls, Branch Profitability
