Job Overview

PPCBL is inviting applications for the position of Head - Credit Underwriting Unit (CUU) & (CAD) from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / foreign institution.
Experience: Minimum 07 years post qualification exp. with 04 years of relevant or banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee CUU, CAD, Credit Risk, ECIB, and Analytics functions
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal credit policies
• Supervise credit underwriting, financial analysis, and collateral validation
• Monitor portfolio quality, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions
• Lead teams, strengthen SOPs, and present reports to senior management
