About the Role

National Bank of Pakistan is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Senior Relationship Manager (OG-II) in the area of Retail Banking. The selected candidate will report directly to the Team Leader and will play a crucial role in managing customer portfolios, driving sales, and ensuring high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth and consumer financing.
• To achieve cross sell targets of bank products i.e. consumer assets and insurance products.
• To conduct daily customer and market visits, both for new to bank and existing customers.
• To manage and grow the customer portfolio by strengthening existing relationships and acquiring quality new customers.
• To ensure compliance with Banking Laws, instructions, regulations and procedures.
