About the Role

How often do you get the chance to shape an entire industry? Pakistan has the talent, and hundreds of thousands of young people want tech careers. PSEB is hiring a Project Director for Revamping the IT Industry Landscape of Pakistan, a national initiative to grow the country's IT exports. You will own delivery across three fronts:
Skills: Choose the training partners and shape the programs that prepare the next wave of tech talent.
Ecosystem: Build the frameworks that help IT companies start, grow, and export.
Marketing: Tell Pakistan's story to the world as a true "Tech Destination."
This is not a support role. You will have the authority to make real decisions, and the accountability that comes with them.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this prestigious government role:

• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in IT, CS, Management Sciences discipline from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience as a Senior Managerial position. Must have 05 years experience in handling project activities in PSDP / ADP / Govt projects. Experience in finance, HR/operations-related functions, capacity building programs, and strategic management is required.
