Manager Coordination - National IT Skills

Role Overview

PSEB is seeking a Manager Coordination - National IT Skills to support the coordination and execution of national IT skills development initiatives. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, coordinating training programs, and contributing to the overall enhancement of IT education and workforce training in Pakistan. The position reports to the Director National IT Skills Development.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Minimum 16 years of education in ICT, Business Administration, Educational Leadership and Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Project Management, HR, Public Policy, Management Sciences, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent in related fields from a HEC recognized national or international university/institute.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience is required in IT education, workforce training, and national skills development coordination. This includes coordinating training programs and working effectively with various stakeholders.
Age Limit: 45 Years.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager will be responsible for coordinating national IT skills training programs, managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication between different entities involved in skills development, and supporting the implementation of national IT skills strategies.
