Director International IT Workforce Development

Role Overview

PSEB is looking for a Director International IT Workforce Development to lead efforts in promoting Pakistani IT talent globally. This position involves developing strategies for international workforce development, managing global HR recruitment initiatives, facilitating IT talent mobility, and placing IT professionals in international markets. This role reports to the Chief Skills Development Officer.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Minimum 16 years of education in ICT, Business Administration, Educational Leadership and Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Project Management, HR, Public Policy, Management Sciences, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent in related fields from a HEC recognized national or international university/institute.
Experience: A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience is needed in international workforce development, global HR recruitment, and IT talent mobility. Experience includes managing international recruitment efforts and developing strategies for placing IT professionals abroad.
Age Limit: 50 Years.

Key Responsibilities

The Director will devise and implement strategies to enhance the global footprint of Pakistan's IT workforce, manage international recruitment drives, establish partnerships for talent mobility, and oversee programs aimed at placing skilled IT professionals internationally.
