Key Responsibilities

As a Time Keeper, the Project Accounts Officer / Accountant will be entrusted with several crucial tasks. These include maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers for all project-related transactions, diligently preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers. The role also involves monitoring and reconciling petty cash and site imprest accounts, ensuring timely payroll preparation for site staff, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. Furthermore, the incumbent will assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports, ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and relevant accounting standards. Liaising with the head office finance team for coordination and reporting, and supporting internal and external audit requirements are also key aspects of this role.

Technical Expertise and Skills
