CBD Punjab is seeking an Officer-II (Legal) to join our Legal department. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Law and have foundational experience in legal support functions. This role involves providing assistance in legal documentation, managing legal files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and coordinating with internal teams and external legal professionals.Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Managing and organizing legal files and records.
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external legal counsel.
- Conducting legal research as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's OR Graduate in Law.
- Minimum Experience: 6 months in a legal support role.
- Required Skills: Experience and knowledge in providing assistance in legal documentation, managing legal files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and coordinating with internal teams and external legal professionals.

8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
