Job Overview

CBD Punjab is offering an opportunity for an Officer-II (Sales/Investor Relations) to join our Commercial department. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of sales support and customer interaction, with a preference for those with a background in Business Education. This role involves promoting special offers, addressing customer inquiries, and managing office files.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting special offers and promotions to boost customer engagement.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Managing and maintaining office files related to sales and IR.
• Assisting senior sales staff with daily tasks.
• Supporting investor relations activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's or Graduate in a relevant field, preferably in Business Education.
• Minimum Experience: 6 months in a relevant role.
• Required Skills: Adequate knowledge in promoting special offers and promotions to boost customer engagement, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, managing and maintaining office files.

8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
