Officer-II (Land & Estate)

Job Overview

CBD Punjab invites applications for an Officer-II (Land & Estate) to join our Land & Estate department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Urban Planning or Finance, and possess knowledge of land matters and property taxation. This role involves assisting with various tasks related to land management and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of land records and estate documentation.
• Supporting processes related to land acquisition, leasing, and sales.
• Conducting research on land matters and property taxation.
• Liaising with relevant government departments and stakeholders.
• Providing administrative support to the Land & Estate department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's OR Graduate in a relevant field, preferably in Urban Planning, Finance.
• Minimum Experience: 6 months in a relevant role.
• Required Skills: Knowledge of land matters and property taxation. Good analytical and organizational skills.

8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
