Job Overview

CBD Punjab has an opening for an Officer-II (HR & IT) in our HR & IT department. This position is suitable for graduates in Human Resource Management or Computer Sciences with some experience in supporting HR and IT functions. The role involves providing assistance across various HR and IT tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing support for various HR functions, including recruitment, record-keeping, and employee services.
• Assisting with IT support tasks, such as troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
• Helping maintain HR and IT documentation and databases.
• Supporting the implementation of HR and IT projects.
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Graduation OR Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or Computer Sciences.
• Minimum Experience: 6 months supporting HR and IT functions.
• Required Skills: Expertise and experience in supporting various HR and IT functions. Basic understanding of HR principles and IT support.

8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
