Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The position of Manager Procurement requires a highly experienced professional to manage and lead all procurement-related matters within the organization. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is essential. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge and be well-versed in all government procurement rules, particularly the PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules. Furthermore, a strong command over procurement audit compliance and other related regulations is highly preferred. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to ensure transparent and efficient procurement processes.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the Manager Procurement job, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification representing 16 years of education. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a Master's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. The educational qualification must be from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council. This ensures that applicants have a strong foundational and advanced technical understanding relevant to the organization's needs.

Age Limit
