Job Overview
As Director Communication at PHIMC, you will lead and manage the company's communication strategies to effectively engage with stakeholders and the public. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans.Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance PHIMC's image.• Manage media relations and act as a company spokesperson.
• Oversee the production of communication materials.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Lead and mentor the communication team.
Skills Required
• Strong understanding of communication principles and practices.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of digital media and public relations.
Qualification & Experience
• Master's Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Administration or Business Administration.• Minimum 8 years of working experience as Manager Communication in a well-known public/private sector organization, out of which minimum 2 years as head of department/functional head.
