Job Overview

As Director Empanelment & Enrolment at PHIMC, you will lead our efforts to expand healthcare coverage through social health protection initiatives. This role requires knowledge of health operations management and a strong focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead empanelment and enrolment efforts.
• Manage coordination with hospitals and insurance companies.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of enrolment strategies.
• Collaborate to enhance the efficiency of healthcare services.
• Lead the empanelment team.

Qualification & Experience

• MBBS along with Master's Degree in Health Administration, Master's Degree in Public Health, Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Master's Degree in Healthcare Management or Master's Degree in Business Administration from HEC/PMDC recognized Institute.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience of hospital operations management or empanelment of hospitals with any insurance company/organization engaged in Health Delivery Services from public/private sector organization, out of which minimum 2 years of experience as head of department/functional head.
