Job Overview

Our client, a prominent construction firm, is looking for a skilled Construction Manager to join their team for a significant infrastructure project in Punjab. The role involves managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and site management.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will be tasked with:

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
• Reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all safety and building regulations are adhered to.
• Problem-solving and managing any delays or issues on site.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants for the Construction Manager role should have:

• Education: BSc Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years (with BSc) or 7 years (with Diploma).
