Role Overview

PSEB is hiring a Manager Coordination - International IT Workforce Development to support the directorate responsible for promoting Pakistani IT talent globally. The role involves coordinating international IT workforce placement activities, managing HR recruitment processes for global opportunities, and supporting talent mobility programs. The position reports to the Director International IT Workforce Development.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Minimum 16 years of education in ICT, Business Administration, Educational Leadership and Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Project Management, HR, Public Policy, Management Sciences, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent in related fields from a HEC recognized national or international university/institute.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience is required in managing international IT workforce placement, HR recruitment, and global talent mobility programs.
Age Limit: 45 Years.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager will coordinate efforts related to placing IT professionals abroad, manage international recruitment campaigns, liaise with international employers and partners, and support the implementation of global talent mobility strategies.
