Positions announcement at MTI Dikhan. The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DIKhan, comprising Gomal Medical College, Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, and DHQ Teaching Hospital, invites application from eligible Male/Female candidates for appointment against the following vacant posts at MTI DIKhan.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree (16 Years) from recognized University.

Experience

Minimum 01 year of experience in liaison, public relations, or related roles.
Prior experience working with Government Departments, Local Authorities, or External Partners will be preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between MTI D.I.Khan and government agencies, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate smooth communication and coordination with relevant departments for institutional operations.
Organize and attend meetings with stakeholders to address institutional needs and resolve issues.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending approvals, permits, and regulatory matters.
Maintain records of all liaison activities and provide regular updates to management.
Assist in public relations and institutional branding efforts as needed.

General Information

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with the MTI Act-2015 as amended from time to time and under Regulations framed under the ibid MTI Act. An attractive salary package with fringe benefits will be offered to the selected candidate. Selection will be made through a Selection Committee constituted by the Management of MTI DIKhan. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. MTI DIKhan reserves the rights to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason. Cancel the recruitment process at any stage. Increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per institutional requirements.
