Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

The Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the daily work of sanitation staff.
• Preparing and maintaining daily reports and performance charts.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of sanitation plans.
• Addressing and resolving public complaints related to sanitation services.
• Overseeing the maintenance and proper use of machinery and equipment.
• Handling other related office duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: 16 years of education (MBA/MPA/MSc or equivalent). Alternatively, a BA/BSc/B.Com/BBA (Hons) or equivalent degree with one year of relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 23-35 years.
• Domicile: Must be a domicile holder of Dera Ismail Khan district.
• Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in the respective Union Council.

Submit the completed application form along with attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificate(s) (if applicable), CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs to the office of Water and Sanitation Service Company, Dera Ismail Khan. Applications must be received within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement. Applications submitted via email will not be accepted. Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channel. Please submit a separate application for each post if applying for multiple positions. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
