As Deputy Manager Administration at PHIMC, you will assist in managing administrative tasks to ensure organizational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.Responsibilities
• Support the Manager Administration in daily activities.• Maintain administrative files and documentation.
• Assist with procurement activities and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
Skills Required
• Strong organizational skills.• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of administrative principles.
Qualification & Experience
• 16 years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Finance/Social Sciences/Administrative Sciences from HEC recognized institute.• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field in a public/private sector organization.
