The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DIKhan, comprising Gomal Medical College, Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, and DHQ Teaching Hospital, invites application from eligible Male/Female candidates for appointment against the following vacant posts at MTI DIKhan.

Qualification

The candidate must have LLB/BS-Law degree from Recognized Institute.

Experience

The candidate must have 05 years of practicing experience preferably in the relevant field. The candidate must be a Licensed Holder of KP Bar Council.

Responsibilities

Assist the legal advisor in providing legal advice.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies. Conduct legal research and provide opinions on legal issues. Assist in representing the institution in court cases and other legal proceedings. Develop and maintain a database of legal documents.

General Information

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with the MTI Act-2015 as amended from time to time and under Regulations framed under the ibid MTI Act. An attractive salary package with fringe benefits will be offered to the selected candidate. Selection will be made through a Selection Committee constituted by the Management of MTI DIKhan. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. MTI DIKhan reserves the rights to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
