The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DIKhan, comprising Gomal Medical College, Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, and DHQ Teaching Hospital, invites application from eligible Male/Female candidates for appointment against the following vacant posts at MTI DIKhan.

Applicant must be Retired Army Officer not less than the rank of Lt. Colonel.

Experience

Relevant experience in security-related roles

Responsibilities

Manage operations and development of institutional security services in the premises. Maintain safe and secure hospital physical environment for staff, patients and installation. Evaluate the potential security risks in the hospital and take appropriate precautionary measures. Develop and implement policies, procedures and SOPs to ensure realization of overall Security Management Plan in the institution. Control unnecessary inflow of patient's attendants /visitors in the hospital. Monitor national and international information sources for security updates and analyze their impact on the hospital. Maintain an incident reporting system, and analyses for precautionary measures. Develop and implement safety and evacuation plans in case of emergency. Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.

General Information

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with the MTI Act-2015 as amended from time to time and under Regulations framed under the ibid MTI Act. An attractive salary package with fringe benefits will be offered to the selected candidate. Selection will be made through a Selection Committee constituted by the Management of MTI DIKhan. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. MTI DIKhan reserves the rights to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
