Project Overview

The Government of the Punjab has received financing from the World Bank for the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project. The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) intends to apply part of these funds towards hiring Individual Consultants. PIU-PULSE invites experienced candidates to express their interest in providing consultancy services.

Position Details

Assignment Title: IT Security Expert for Professional Support
Number of Posts: 1
This role focuses on providing expert-level support for the security aspects of the project's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 16 Years of education in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Engineering from an HEC recognized University / Institute.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling the security of large networks.
• Certification/Training of CCNA (Security) is required.
• Certification/Training CCNP (Security) will be preferred.

Selection Process: The selection will follow the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method according to World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (dated November 2020). Candidates should note Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 regarding the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
