Eligibility Requirements

• Education: Masters/MBA degree in Human Resources Management from an HEC recognized institute.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Preferred Skills: Prior experience in HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Operations, SAP HCM/ERP systems, advanced MS Excel, and exposure to AI-based HR tools are a must.
