Job Overview

The Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI Mardan) is seeking applications for the contract position of HR Assistant (Equivalent to BPS-14). There are 04 positions available for males and 02 for females.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Master's degree (Sixteen years Education) in Human Resource from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Relevant experience will be preferred.
• Skills: Computer literacy and report writing skills are essential.

Terms & Conditions

• Governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations.
• Successful candidates become full-time institutional employees and must resign from other employments.
• Disqualification/termination for any perjury in documents/credentials.
• The institution may adjust the number of posts.
• Separate applications are required for each post applied for.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
• Minority/disable quota as per Govt. policy applies.
• No TA/DA for test/interview.
