Position Overview
The Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI Mardan) invites job applications from qualified candidates for merit-based appointments against the vacant position of HR Officer on a contract basis. This role is equivalent to BPS-16 and requires dedicated professionals to manage human resource functions within the institution.Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Master's degree (Sixteen years of Education) in Human Resources from an HEC Recognized University.A minimum of two (02) years of Human Resource Management experience is required, preferably gained in a reputable tertiary care hospital.
Essential skills include computer literacy and proficiency in drafting official documents.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Officer will be involved in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with institutional policies and regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.Terms & Conditions
- The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
- Upon appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from any existing employment.
- Candidates providing false information or documentation will be disqualified/terminated.
- The institution reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
- Quota for minority/disabled individuals will be applied as per Government policy.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.
