Job Overview

The Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI Mardan) invites applications from qualified candidates for merit-based appointment to the position of HR Officer (Equivalent to BPS-16) on a contract basis. There are 02 positions for males and 01 for females.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Master's degree (Sixteen years Education) in Human Resource from an HEC Recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum Two (02) years of Human Resource Management experience, preferably in a reputed tertiary care hospital.
• Skills: Computer literacy and drafting skills are essential.

Terms & Conditions

• The service will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
• Appointed candidates will be full-time institutional employees and must resign from any other existing employment (local/abroad, including civil service).
• Providing false information/credentials at any stage will lead to disqualification/termination.
• The institution reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview.
• Minority/disable quota will be observed as per Government policy.
• No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview.

1. Download the prescribed Job Application Form from the MTI Mardan website: www.mmckp.gov.pk.
2. Attach a Bank Deposit Slip of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable processing fee). Deposit the fee to the following account:

3. Prepare the application package including the duly filled Job Application form, attested copies of degree/diploma, experience certificate, CNIC, domicile, and 2 recent passport-size photographs.
4. Send the complete application through registered courier service, clearly mentioning the post applied for on the envelope, to the address below:

5. The application deadline is April 30, 2025 (Wednesday).
