Hr Assistant (Equivalent To Bps-14)

Position Overview

The Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI Mardan) is inviting applications for the position of HR Assistant on a contract basis. This role is equivalent to BPS-14 and supports the Human Resource Department's functions within the institution. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants need a Master's degree (Sixteen years of Education) in Human Resources from an HEC recognized university.
While not mandatory, relevant experience in HR will be preferred.
Candidates must possess computer literacy and essential report writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will provide support in various HR activities, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, handling correspondence, and preparing reports under the guidance of HR officers.

Terms & Conditions

• Service conditions are governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations.
• The position is full-time, requiring resignation from any other concurrent employment.
• Any misrepresentation or perjury in documentation will lead to disqualification or termination.
• MTI Mardan reserves the right to adjust the number of advertised positions.
• Separate applications are needed for each post if applying for multiple positions.
• Only candidates shortlisted will be called for the test/interview.
• Minority/disabled quotas are applicable as per government rules.
• No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for the test/interview.
